RECEIVING JIG DIMENSION
Please make a receiving jig by customer self referring below receiving jig dimension.
As the screw cover involves rotational motion during expansion, please avoid both sauces that are too tight.
•Large part out diameter error =D2-(0～3mm)
•Small part inside diameter error =D1+(0～2mm)
•0～3mm Large and small caliber error during
telescopic motion.
*In our company, D2(OD) dimension indication is measured during adhesion length (max. condition)
And D1(ID)dimension indication is measured during effective operation length (min. condition)
It's easily attached to the die set and protects a worker from an accident to occur in a guide part.
